Merion Whiteprint first opened its doors in 1971, a small reproduction business specializing in the needs of architectural and construction firms. In 1974 it expanded to include a full service art materials store, alongside the repro services it continued to offer.

In 1975 Merion Whiteprint officially became Merion Art & Repro Center, more than tripling its floor space on the corner of Lancaster and Ardmore Avenues. After incorporating in 1977, Merion Art moved to its present 3500 square foot location at 17 West Lancaster Avenue.

We continue to be a small, family-run concern, concentrating our efforts in the area of customer service. From Philly, take Route 76 (Schuylkill Expressway) West to City Avenue. Make a right on Lancaster Avenue (Route 30 West). We’re about 3 miles down on the right; parking is available behind the store.

Or from Route 476 (the Blue Route), take exit 13 Villanova/St. Davids This deposits you on Route 30. Head east past Villanova, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and into the center of Ardmore, where you’ll find us on the left. Parking is available behind the store.
